Rob Scott
​
Rob Scott is the non-executive director and Chairman of Audit and Risk Committee. Rob is also the Executive Director of Anglo African Agriculture Plc the shareholder. Rob has over 25 years of finance experience with the last ten years specifically focused in Africa within the mining industry and general investments. He has held executive and senior positions with a number of companies,
as well as served on a number of public and private company boards. He has been involved in companies in South Africa,
Angola, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, DRC, CAR, Rwanda, Tanzania, Kenya, Nigeria, Niger and Namibia amongst others. Rob has also previously been involved in hotels, agriculture, shipping, consumer products, and construction amongst many other industries.
Serge Pavlovic (CEO)

Serge joined the company in January 2022 and he is entrusted with the overall performance of the company. He has immigrated to South Africa from Serbia in 1991 and has held various Top Management and Executive positions mostly within the FMCG and food industry.
He also has experience in the export and import of various food products and his excellent analytical, and negotiating skills coupled with strategic planning, people skills, and ability to “think on his feet” makes him perfectly positioned to turn the company performance around and secure the future success of the company.

Sipho Mrawusi

Sipho is currently maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers, planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives as a way to generate sales for Dynamic Intertrade.
With more than 10 years’ work experience in customer service and sales in the food industry and FMGC market. He has a proven history of generating significant sales and market share growth.
He has a positive, can do attitude that is beneficial to his company and colleagues.
Wendy Moore

Wendy Moore is currently managing the Technical Department overseeing the quality control and food safety throughout the supply chain of Dynamic Intertrade.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the Food Industry and widely-held experience in Quality Assurance and Food Safety. Wendy has a proven history of successfully implementing quality and food safety systems in food manufacturing companies.
She has a deep knowledge of Procurement, Sales and Manufacturing. Actively involve in Project Management to ensure business growth.
