What We Do
Dynamic Intertrade specialises in the milling and blending of high-quality spices, with expertise in chilli products.
Our spices support a wide range of industries, including the fishing sector across South Africa and Namibia. Through our on-site laboratory, we also offer dedicated Research and Development (R&D) services. This allows us to develop small "benchtop" samples tailored to a client's exact specifications before scaling up to full factory production. The result is customised spice solutions that meet both flavour and performance requirements in commercial manufacturing environments.
How We Do It
Spices are agricultural products, which means natural variation can occur from season to season. Our role is to bridge the gap between this natural variability and the strict consistency required in modern food production.
We do this by maintaining control over the milling and blending process within our own facility. By sourcing directly from farmers, we ensure responsible and transparent sourcing while reducing the risk of adulteration often associated with pre-processed imports.
Every product undergoes laboratory testing and is manufactured under FSSC 22000 food safety standards, ensuring full compliance with both South African and European legislation.
