Food safety and quality begin at the source. While many suppliers rely on imported, pre-processed powders, Dynamic Intertrade sources whole agricultural products directly from farmers.
This approach allows us to maintain greater control over quality while ensuring the purity and traceability of every ingredient that enters our facility. By working closely with growers, we significantly reduce the risks of adulteration and maintain the integrity of the spices we produce.
We are also firmly committed to ethical sourcing practices. Our supply chain operates under strict standards that prohibit forced or child labour and we actively partner with suppliers who share our commitment to transparency and responsible production.
Farmer Support & Development
Dynamic Intertrade believes that sustainable growth should benefit the communities that form part of our supply chain. Through our work with project partners dedicated to agricultural development, we actively support emerging farmers by providing resources, knowledge, and access to opportunities that help strengthen local agricultural networks.
We work closely with small-scale farmers who receive ongoing guidance from expert agronomists. This support includes advice on soil health, cultivation techniques, and sustainable farming practices that improve crop quality and long-term productivity.
Our commitment goes beyond training. By purchasing crops directly for use in our manufacturing facility, we provide a stable and reliable market for farmers' harvests. This creates enduring income opportunities for families across the West Coast and broader SADC region.
Sustainable Operations & Waste Reduction
Responsible production is a key part of how we operate. As a facility certified under the globally recognised FSSC 22000 food safety standard, we follow strict protocols designed to minimise waste and maximise efficiency throughout our processes.
Reducing Food Waste
Where possible, surplus food products are redirected to local community organisations and school feeding schemes rather than being discarded. These donations help ensure that usable food continues to provide value where it is needed most.
Environmental Responsibility
We continuously evaluate our production processes to reduce operational waste and improve resource efficiency. Our goal is to ensure that our growth as a company remains aligned with responsible environmental practices.
